Alex and PJ joined forces to create Structural Preservation Corporation after they worked together as project managers from the ground up on a high rise project in Manhattan.  After finishing the 75 unit, 25 floor condo project, they noticed that there was a void in high end construction companies that can focus on both residential and commercial products.  They then decided that they wanted to share their commercial professionalism and reliability with residential clients.  With their combined experience and skills, they are able to offer high end design and build details that are intricate and complicated in nature to home owners. This includes full scale renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, outdoor kitchens, custom cabinetry and so much more! They have the ability to tackle the most complicated and problematic projects with our team of project managers and skilled craftsman. The best part?
